We are committed to offering you the best service possible!

 

Below are some things to expect when you visit us.

 

​Glimmer will be following CDC guidelines for masking.

 

​No additional guests or children can accompany you to your appointment.

​When arriving for your appointment please wait in your vehicle.

 

Text us at (630)324-6049 to let us know you have arrived, we will let you know when your stylist is ready for you.

 

​This allows us the ability to provide all the necessary equipment to keep you safe.

 

 

Please also note:

 

We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well.

 

​Please call or text the salon to book any appointments.

CANCELLATIONS

Your appointments are very important to Glimmer Salon -they are reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that, when you forget or cancel your appointment without adequate notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and another client may not have the opportunity to be serviced.

As a courtesy, we email you to confirm every appointment prior to the scheduled date, but please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointments.

Cancellations made within the 48 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a charge of $40 per canceled service & $25 for men's services. These fees will be collected at your next appointment.
