Glimmer Salon Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to Glimmer Salon -they are reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.Please understand that, when you forget or cancel your appointment without adequate notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and another client may not have the opportunity to be serviced.
As a courtesy, we email you to confirm every appointment prior to the scheduled date, but please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointments.

Cancellations made within the 48 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a charge of $40 per canceled service & $25 for men's services. These fees will be collected at your next appointment.  

Starting June 1, if you are vaccinated, we will no longer require that masks be worn in the salon. However, if you are NOT vaccinated, we encourage you to continue wearing a mask until we get the green light. If you prefer your stylist and/or shampoo assistant be masked, just say the word. Please be kind as we navigate this next step together.
