  • All guests and staff must wear masks.

  • No additional guests or children can accompany you at your appointment.

  • No outside food or beverages.

  • When arriving for your appointment please wait in your vehicle. Text us at (630)324-6049 to let us know you have arrived, we will let you know when your stylist is ready for you.

  • $3 covid fee has been added to your total. This allows us the ability to provide all the necessary equipment to keep you safe.

Please also note:

* Call and reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well.

* Facial waxing and makeup services are currently unavailble.

* We kindly ask at this time to make all payments via: card, check or apple pay. 

* Online booking is currently unavailable. At this time we need to book extra time

    for each guest. Please call the salon to book any appointments.

Glimmer Salon Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to Glimmer Salon -they are reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.Please understand that, when you forget or cancel your appointment without adequate notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and another client may not have the opportunity to be serviced.
As a courtesy, we email you to confirm every appointment prior to the scheduled date, but please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointments.

Cancellations made within the 48 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a charge of $40 per canceled service & $25 for men's services. These fees will be collected at your next appointment.
